Pretty sure you mistranslated the interaction on page 1.

As far as I know, Yuugi shares the same domain as Satori (Old Hell). It also wouldn't make sense for BOTH of them to refer to the orc as an outsider if he was actually known/part of Yuugi's domain.

In short: the orc doesn't belong to "Yuugi's domain". Also, orcs aren't oni, so kin should be (our) turf/territory xd

Finally, it's not the "streets" of Old Hell, but rather a singular road leading to it (the Old Hell Road/Deep Road to Hell or 地獄の[深]道). Which would also make sense because the orc is basically a highwayman. In fact, Satori says 街道.
