For the story, I'd rather enjoyed this one. Reminds me of the Naruhodo doujin regarding Naruto and his own sexual therapy. Really like the art and the expressions everyone has. The humor at the beginning was a nice touch. Felt like a lewd episode of the series.

Would love to see a sequel to this chapter. One where the girls either drink the stuff themselves and Izuku must relieve them or they have Izuku drink again, but he's more conscious of it. Or maybe even a doujin where the girls get 'revenge' on Mei by unleashing Izuku on her before ultimately 'rescuing' her and take part in another orgy.
