Hmm… a month break only huh? I expected it longer tbh. Friend shared this chapter to me a few days ago but the pages were off. Still, not really that strong of a start on the new timeskip. Props to the relationship though to last this long presumably with Yuki never getting therapy (in consideration of hentai logic but before the last arc, we at least got the reveal she did self harm so therapy should at least be open for existence). According to exo when he told me the summary, the relationship was getting sour since Shoma was getting the NTR trope of being too busy with his job (proof being the small panels of pg5 counting the cover to make things easier to explain that Yuki has been frequently eating dinner alone). The two aren’t married but ofc live in together. I’ll acknowledge/consider Yuki might’ve actually stopped being slutty post part 1 until this point though regardless of how unsatisfying the sex may have been (Props to Shoma’s timeskip look though. Definitely a huge glow up. REALLY handsome. He had drip on casual clothes during HS days but I admit he really looks good), the common trope of leaving Yuki alone for the majority is a huge blow. If you consider Yuki’s job as a personal trainer, exo explained to me her work outfit is on purpose (showing more skin, apparently) but I think this is common for smut stories uniform wise? Granted, I don’t go to the gym so I’m not sure if it’s an appropriate attire.

I’m not really looking forward on new guy. Kaneda lite just seems like a filler villain. The fact Yuki hallucinates Kaneda’s silhouette when she sees the new trainer during the drunken state and thought about the flower gift while masturbating is giving me hope for his return. At least, for Kaneda, some actual romantic feelings are involved (even if he’s projecting his younger star athlete self to Yuki before). I’m just not looking forward on 2 things involving Kaneda, the near absolute spite he’ll be giving Shoma (last panels of Ch.30 has him cursing Yuki chose Shoma. Maybe it was just disappointment, but I interpreted it as hate tbh, we’ll see), and the second being the timeskip look. I imagine he’s at most, a decade apart from Yuki but in the event I’m wrong, not even my tan preference will help if they make him look older. Since we don’t know his age, I can only guess afterall: stopped college at some point, fooled around in denial of injury, went missing and drinking could just be weeks or months, then gets his first experience as trainer and ended somewhat horribly his first starlet chose love over sport, so I imagine early to mid 20s at the time of part 1. I’m really hoping it’s younger than what I’m expecting. Fujiko sensei can pull off sexy middle aged men or at least pull off adult men fine (the goatee man from the fantasy series for example)

I actually complained to exo that how can Yuki’s coworkers leave a drunken woman alone on a vehicle with the popular man of the workplace. Granted, one of the girls contacting Shoma alone might also be off I guess. Exo was worried about the message Shoma received. Before I forget though, anyone can tell me the name of Kaneda lite?

The truth is that the matter in 32 has become strong and complicated, it is not what was expected and it will not satisfy the public since it touched a stronger subject even than kaneda, you should ask that friend who shared with you the raw of this chapter if he can share it with you, but in advance I can already tell you that what happened in 32 was not very pleasant to say the least.

The fact that this series was dragged to hell for 30 chapters about Yuki not being able to decide for herself and Shouma doing a 180 leaving Niima and going for Yuki thinking "I can fix her", then here we got a time skip of Shouma doing the classic too busy with work ignoring partner cliche and Yuki is a looking for sum dick again and of course he gonna think of the pedo coach. Then some new guy looks like he's hungry for Yuki. Bet Coach is gonna come save Yuki when shes getting assaulted by the new guy just to further solidify the suspension bridge effect + initial stockholm syndrome.

It makes me wonder if a guy named Shouma hurt the author for him to be put in this much misery. it's kinda sad.

and i thought shitty NTR stories only appear on pornhwas, guess i was wrong.
