Digital version only had a monochrome cover, so a colored cover was sourced from the best quality source available (artist's Pixiv). It's also my first time dealing with a raw that has filesizes too bloated to upload. Rather than convert them all to png, I opted to export just the pages that were over 20 MB. My bad if these were non-standard steps to take.
If you do want every page in full jpg bloat, you can get a copy of your own. The book is that good anyway!
