doesn't matter. It's a part of the expunging rules. I've seen galleries expunged in the past so I'm just warning you all ahead of time. It's not a matter of IF but a matter of WHEN, because someone's gonna want the credit/gp points.

If this gallery is just pure compilation of previous chapters and nothing more or a collection of multiple doujinshi then maybe yeah, but according to the wiki link:
"- Combinations of chapters from multiple tankoubons are not permitted, although related chapters from multiple anthologies are."

Besides, it has Chapter 3 unlike the previous galleries which makes it the superior version and expunging invalid since:

No, those new individual galleries by someone else will be the ones expunged since:
1. They're Already Uploaded while offering nothing superior to the previous upload, and
2. Uploader Priority clause: "- Priority 1-2 galleries can only be replaced if the new gallery is from the same user (or another member of the same translation team)."
Meaning the new random uploader (Prior. 4) cannot replace the existing translator gallery (Prior. 2).
