I encourage you all to check out the artist's Twitter! She does some great art and cosplay stuff, mainly focusing on Persona 3,4,and 5. If you like this stuff, you'll probably like her other works. On another note, this is my first publicly released translation after about a year of starting Japanese and using supplementary material to double and triple check my translation to the best of my ability. Though I might've gotten small details wrong, I think it gets the point across even if it may not be 100% accurate. I also included the original 1st page and the art that was used on the afterword page, since I figured it would be nice to see it in color and full quality.
