It's... It's not ruined by the new ending but damn, some people were so butthurt and saddened by the ending that they had to throw money and bully the artist into making a happier ending.

So yes, to you @Fimose, she should have died and stayed dead. It was a sad ending, yeah but not every story has a happy ending. Especially when you fuck around with something like, I don't know, SWALLOWING ANOTHER HUMAN BEING WHOLE, the only adequate and logical ending to that is digesting them and killing them.
