from what i've gathered it's akin to playing evil characters in games. the genre itself kinda hinges on the scuminess of the act and the person initiating it. the story would have no flavor (that NTR fans would me interested in) if the NTR was somehow morally justified. this is also why the bull can be an ulgy bastard, non-descript gangster/bully, or some c**n that jumped right out of cuck simulator.
