It felt kind of pointless. There was a lot of stuff that could be done there, but instead it just ended in the guy fucking her and then the story finished. It is NTR, but why did the author bother making her sickly? It really didn't serve any purpose in the story at all. It could have been NTR and basically been the exact same story if you had removed her being a sickly girl.
