TLDR
Hana is happily married to her husband and has a healthy sex life but one day her first love Kagetsu who rejected her on highschool cross paths with her.
They go drinking and he takes her to the hotel were he forces himself on her at first she feels angry but as he keeps pushing and saying sweet words she wanted from him in the past... she gives in and have an affair. However she still feels so guilty it mortifies her, she knows she is acting on her lingering feelings and that she loves her husband and it pains her to lie to him. She has sex with her husband still but the pleasure of her affair clouds her mind.
One day during sex with Kazuki in mid of her lust she asks him to impregnate her but after the sex he nope himself out bullshiting his way saying they both had their share of fun and shit so they should end their relationship now (yes and that he had fun having her as a girlfriend as she cries being rejected TWICE.
Time skip and her period isn't coming so she is dead worried so after a quick pregnancy test and then go to the clinic it confirms her worries that she is pregnant, husband is overjoyed but she is more and more mortified as she knows it might not even be her husband's, she still has her sex needs changed and hasn't got it yet, thought for a moment of calling Kagetsu but quickly decided not to because it pains her a lot, then she has a mental break down because she thought of her future (page 202: bastard child, might not be husband's, might look like Kagetsu, divorce, DNA test, she still loves her husband, won't have to be away from him, can't forgive herself, IT'S ALL MY OWN FAULT in her own words) then asks her husband for real sex and she cums from having sex with her husband but is asking to be forgiven because in her mind she still wasn't over Kagetsu.
Time skp and the child is born and it's her husband's it's a copy of her husband, she is relieved and also cries out of guilt as she asks to be forgiven.
Another time skip and it shows how deep is into having sex with her husband, she enjoys it, and in her mind she says she won't ever leave alone her husband, so please forgive me.

Kagetsu was pretty hated, she wrote him to be the devilish type yarichin that is so popular but got hated instead.
Hana also got hate, author says she also dislike her because of her being a flower type girl which irritates her (lol what, author also said Hana is based on herself, does she hate herself?)
Husband, everyone sided with him being the only good person in this story who was thoughtful about others. Author said she also felt bad for him, (is this why he got the good ending?)

或许对作者笔下的女性而言，当内在的痛苦无法排解而达到某个临界点时，似乎除了找到一个宣泄排解痛苦的出口，便没有比这更重要的事了。
从这个角度切入，女主的行为就可以多少理解一些，剧情中所提供的的女主的宣泄口，只有丈夫和初恋两个男人，当丈夫这边因为各种原因堵塞时，那摇摇欲坠的精神的排解途径，便只有偶然遇见的加害者。如此不假思索投身于加害者的原因也很简单，因为他共享了无法言说的秘密，同时给予了快感，给予了宣泄的最便捷和安全的途径，而他是否曾自私的将自己置于痛苦之中这件事本身，在痛苦的排解过程中反而不那么重要了。
而随着女主在加害者身上找到慰藉，后面在初恋和性功能加持下的情感沉沦，也就顺理成章。被初恋打破幻想之后，随之而来的疯狂的自责与情感的扭曲，形式上，也不过是同样情节的再演，只不过这次她两边宣泄口都被堵住了，只能自己将这份情感的分裂与内疚消化。结尾，作者没有在孩子的情节上将女主进一步推上绝境，或许标志着作者对于她的一种怜悯吧。
不知是无意还是有意，这类题材的女主，似乎除了已发生关系和将要发生关系的男人以外，总是孤零零一人，尽管不那么引人注目，但一个孤立无援别无选择的环境，无疑是此类情节成立的关键。
当然以个人角度来说，这类作品中在困境中无视加害行为而投身加害者这件事，其实是无论如何无法接受的。至少你伤害或侮辱了我，理想的情况下，即便我再痛苦，也绝不想因自我的懦弱而投身于那个给我带来痛苦的人，在我看来，那无疑是对于自我的再一次践踏。

Hana seems to only really feel pleasure now if she thinks of Kagetsu while having sex with her husband. Even in the end, she says she won't cheat on Kazuki again, but won't forget about the pleasure she had with Kagetsu.

I would've preferred an ending where Kazuki finds out and Hana is left on her own.

It's not the same ring. The ring she is wearing at the end is her marital ring. It looks completely different from the ring Kagetsu gave her. Do a page comparison, you'll see. If it truly is supposed to be Kagetsu's ring she is wearing at the end, the author made a MAJOR art error. The gifted ring from Kagetsu on page 190 looks nothing like the ring on 197 or 218. Compleeeetely different designs. Like I said, if all 3 are supposed to be the same ring, Denchi made a massive art error. If there is something in the Japanese text (which I can't read) indicating that it's Kagetsu's ring, then its an art error, but I want to be charitable and assume the author is more subtle than that, and despite writing it so that it seems that the wife won't forget the fun she had with Kagetsu or her addiction to the pleasure, she isn't going to write her to be so bold as to wear a strange ring in the presence of her husband (which would deeply signal a total lack of regret, which obviously isn't the case).

FOR ANYONE ELSE WONDERING ABOUT THE RINGS, READ HERE: the second outer ring she is wearing at the very end is her marital ring from her husband, not the simpler one that Kagetsu gave her as a gift or whatever (not sure what he meant by it if he dumped her so easily, but she clearly tossed it at some point or hid it, as on 196 at the bottom you can see she is only wearing her marital band while with her husband). The ring she is wearing at the end is the same ring on the marital ring holder displayed in her and her husband's bedroom on page 197 right before she masturbates. She is wearing it in addition to her more plain-looking marital band - for those who may not know, in western marital culture (and countries that have somewhat borrowed from it, like Japan), bands are just plain rings that both spouses wear and are easy to replace; the main wedding ring with embedded jewels is usually kept in a secure hidden place by the wife and only worn on very special occasions.

I suppose wearing the main wedding ring in addition to the plain band while having sex with her husband on the last page symbolizes her re-commitment to her husband in her heart and vow to herself never to cheat again. She recognizes her immense luck with the baby being a marital child and her husband never finding out, but rather than showing her feeling like she got away with it (which could lead the reader to think she would try again if the opportunity presented itself) she is doing penance internally and I think the author is really driving home that she isn't a serial cheater type and truly, painfully regrets her actions, is wracked by guilt, and won't repeat them. That's a rare find in NTR manga AND in real life, lmao.

I believe it's already well-known that Denchi is a woman, but even if it wasn't you can tell this story was definitely written by a woman (the art style also gives it away a bit, some art is just dripping with feminine energy/gaze). Women honestly write the best NTR from a storytelling and emotional perspective (another favorite female NTR author of mine is Hana Hook - absolutely brutal). Men writing adulterous cheating sex stories often forget about wedding ring symbolism, women almost never do, lol.

The quality isn't good enough for my eyes so I can't tell them apart, I was sure the ring next to her was the one Kagetsu gave her.
But double checking the details :

Page 190 the ring Kagetsu puts on Hana has a small gem on top. We also see the simple wedding band Hana has which hasn't changed since the start.

Page 197 and 218 are indeed the same: the ring has 3 gems clinched in between the oposing sides of the ring.

没选择1的原因是因为虽然作为结局很有冲击力 但是不点所谓的“青春剧”的题
没选择2的原因是感觉最后突然让人物醒悟的方式是不合适的 决定让女主继续堕落

由于作者本身是女性 所以完全女性视角的故事也比较少见
不过正如楼上所说
