I think what bums me out the most about Nuzzo's anthros is they're less like "walking, talking animals" and more like "humans with animal heads and tails". As amazing as Nuzzo's art is, there's no real reason for the characters to be anthros; replace them all with humans--which, again, you could just do by changing their heads--and nothing about this gallery would be different. I think that's why I've come to gravitate towards feral stuff so much. As taboo as it may be, at least the characters involved are actually animals and not just humans with the heads of animals plopped onto their necks.
