Editing notes: I don't remember fixing scans this bad but here's what i did: denoised, sharpened, leveled, in some places lightened/darkened https://youtu.be/2ftpsP4UZHQ?si=o_tXOD6TcoRQyoo2 you can do it with leveling on a separate layer , redrew. You can still see scanning artifacts on the edges and most pages aren't going to be straight either.
