General plot for Fire Emblem Awakening:

Children from the future went back in time to save their parents.

That's essentially what's happening here. Chrom doesn't know she is his daughter because...
1) She introduces herself in the timeline as 'Marth', a well known male ancient hero.
2) 'Imposter Marth' has been keeping the fact that she's from the future a secret up until much later in the game... So Chrom has no reason to suspect the person who claims to be an ancient hero is in fact, his own daughter that was only recently born.

Edit: Also yes. This comic implies that Chrom is okay with humping dudes. Even though in game he can only reach rank S with female characters iirc.

Rather than "not remembering the plot", I'm plenty sure they haven't played or seen the game, at all.

Though, I should note that in the same scene that reveals the "Imposter Marth" as Lucina, whoever Chrom is paired up with assume that Chrom must be having an affair... with his own ancestor.

Which in this scenario isn't really wrong, but could you imagine that a married dude is just fine with his own ancestor and an ancient hero telling him to "take your cock out" as a reward?

It would be like if King Arthur shows up, being surprisingly waif and petite than you expect, telling you that he's your great ancestor and will be fighting valiantly alongside you... and then he cucks your sock in the middle of the night.
