Summary of the story

In the year 20xx, a pandemic sweeps the world, the protagonist is genetically very susceptible to it so he gets a bad case of the disease and is in the hospital about to die because he is an orphan and has no money to pay for the expensive treatments. Then a scientist from the government shows up and says that if he lets her use him as a test subject then she will try to cure him for free, which he accepts, so then he goes through the torture of being experimented on with various attempts at treatment, which manage to keep him alive but don't really cure the disease. One day the scientist asks him what his dream for the future is, if he ever gets cured. He says he dreams to have sex with her, girls his age, older women, as many women as possible. At first she's like "lol, what did I expect from a horny teenager" but then suddenly inspiration strikes her.

The scientist then does some extreme surgery on him (p. 273) which turns him into a medical cyborg with a super powered immune system. By drinking body fluids of people, e.g. sampling their saliva by kissing them, he can test whether they are infected. Then, if they are infected, he can do a more thorough analysis of their viral variant by ingesting more of their fluids from other parts of their body, like sweat, vaginal secretions etc. Once the analysis is complete, his balls will produce a medicine with proper antibodies to fight the virus the person has. When he ejaculates, the semen will contain the medicine, so the patient drinks it to be cured of the disease. He also has a vaccination mode where his sweat becomes like a vaccine for the virus, so healthy people can lick up his sweat to be protected from catching the virus.

Chapter 1: He arrives in the class to test all the girls. One girl tests positive for the virus so he takes her to the infirmary to collect more data from her by licking her all over.
Chapter 2: He produces a medicine for the girl and has sex with her to ejaculate it, and she drinks it. Then he has sex with her some more anyway just for fun.
Chapter 3: He has sex with the scientist, who is also working as the school nurse in this school.
Chapter 4: He falls asleep and misses the time when he was supposed to be testing some freshmen during the lunch break, so this time he has to do the testing in the middle of class while the girls are all at their seats.
Chapter 5: Three of the freshmen girls test positive so he does the whole analysis & medicine production thing with them too (i.e. he licks them all over and then fucks them) at the back of the classroom while the teacher is teaching the rest of the class Japanese.
Chapter 6: He switches to vaccination mode to vaccinate the whole girls' basketball team because they have a game coming up and they don't want to get sick. Besides licking the sweat off of him, they also do various sexual stuff to him to make him sweat more.
Chapter 7: Same stuff as Chapter 6. Then he also fucks one of the girls for fun after the vaccination is over.
Chapter 8: He fucks more of the basketball team for fun.
Chapter 9: He makes a house call to two of the teachers (who are both married) to test them for the virus too, which quickly devolves into just fucking them for fun. The black haired PE teacher is not really into it at first but then warms up to it, while the brown haired Japanese teacher is horny from the beginning.
Chapter 10: He fucks the teachers some more, then briefly fucks the nurse/scientist again. Then at the end, a girl cyborg just like him shows up at the school, whose job is treating/testing/vaccinating the male students, but unlike him, she's not horny and is more shy, it seems.
