Got it wrong, this isn't netori. Netori, netorare, netorase and gyaku netorare, is a type of "cheating" where the end results are that a person is being stolen away from their loved ones. This is a story about a brother-in-law drugging his sister-in-law so he can have sex with her. It's sleep rape, but he didn't "steal" her as she's not even conscious.

That said:

If the pov is of the "cheater" (reminder, many NTR stories revolve around black mail/drugs/rape like this one), than it's netorare.
If the pov is of the love interest of the "cheater" who is either unaware or later finds out and leaves them, it's netorare.
If the pov is of the love interest of the "cheater" who encourages being cucked or finds out but still lives with them (and most likely get off too it or ends up taking an active part in it), it's netorase.
If the pov is from the person who is stealing the "cheater", it's netori.

NTR is shortened to represent all forms of NTR, though on here it generally represents netorare. While I wouldn't be against a netori tag, it's also a little redundant. Oh, and gyaku netorare is where a woman steals a man from another woman.
