Brik Bradferd of The Outback (aka Brik Blastoff of The Outback)

A proposed animated television series by John Kricfalusi (John K). Dated 1983, many years before The Ren & Stimpy show. Here is the [incomplete] pitch package which includes drawings of the full cast of characters plus six story outlines of would-be episodes.

So it seems Ren & Stimpy was the anomaly and John K. was always an openly aggressive pervert with no boundaries as to what he considered jokes. It makes a lot of sense now why he got kicked out of college and spent a decade being stuck in the lowest rung studios like Filmation and 1980s era Hanna-Barbera.
