It's hard to follow this narrative. It's unclear how or why characters are doing some of the things they're doing or end up where they do, and I don't even know what the tentative storyline is. Plus, didn't the first Ultra Madam depict her with a family? A husband and daughter? Is this an alt universe, a retcon, a reboot, a prequel, or are they just absent since the writer didn't want to use them for anything? I love the art, but I am well and truly lost.

As far as I can tell this is the Silver Giantess series, not the original Ultra Madame series. Ultra Madame had a more contained storyline, but Silver Goddess has been more like a group of lewder What if stories. With the exception of the first few they don't really form a narrative, at least as far as I can tell from the translated chapters.
