@Emarmei Well, the obvious very simple answer would be "because it sells", in Japan especially, similar to loli content it's just super popular despite the nature of the fetishes, hence the big artist community around it. And the thing is, there is plenty of garbage NTR art, but it's little compared to the amount of amazing art out there, so unless you consistently browse the tag or look for it you won't find much of the bad.
