For due context since there seems to be a lot of loose shots on who to blame for what:
The author started this series with "day 0" and the corresponding NSFW chapter was https://e-hentai.org/g/2740356/7974a86c17/ named "day 1".
Following its release Fanbox sent him notice that he couldn't publish that and had it taken down, he submitted a revision but it didn't pass due to incest and non-consensual sex (sleeping), he then said that since these were necessary elements for what he wanted to make he would instead release this story as a doujin with more sex content at the next event, and proceed with a new story for Fanbox.
He then replaced the deleted chapter with this and proceeded to continue both the SFW and NSFW publication with the following changes:
- Brother starts "making her understand" (deleted NSFW 1) -(replaced by)-> She goes to drinking party (SFW 1 prologue), gets NTR gangbanged (new NSFW 1, this gallery), she's shown collapsed back home and brother treats her well (rest of SFW 1).
Summary of the story since:
- Sister gets sick (from having her every hole remodeled) and he treats her well. It's revealed they're not related. (SFW 2)
- Sister goes to pick up something she forgot at NTR man's place and he pressures he, she deepthroats him, on break the brother texts her, she says she'll be back maybe by night and his genuine concern gets through to her, then the man says he'll call the other guys to gangbang her until the party later that night and she stands up to him saying she'll go back home to her brother.
