Thanks for picking up the slack on something I personally can't find the time and motivation to work on.
One big thing, please use punctuation at the end of your sentences. Either full stops / periods, ellipsis, question marks, exclamation marks.

Another thing, you don't need to use the original hearts. Just use a font that has that heart glyph built in.
The font I personally use for most of my stuff is CC Victory Speech, that has the hearts.
It'll save you from having to mess around with those hearts and all around look cleaner and more in line with the font you've chosen.

Personally, I wouldn't even bother with doing anything with the moans / SFX and I'm someone that does full replacements of SFX nowadays.
It looks very sloppy when you paint over it in white and then slap text over it.

On page 5, it only says kiss on the left side. On the right it still says すき
As for how you'd execute it, I'm not quite sure myself.

Kyuume, thank you for your comment, I worked on the punctuation, sorry, I really didn't think about that, but it really makes a difference, thanks again for the tip.

For the font, I was using Victory Speech for Ouma's voice, I didn't really think that there were hearts on it, in my next works I will use that font and the hearts for the "heart speaking ones".

About the moans, I will review and work on my next works on it, as you said, it isn't the best looking in the world, but I will improve myself to put the moans in a at least okay way.

On page 5... I think that the kisu-suki is like when you speak the same word very fast. I didn't see that on the left side it was already suki.
