As the title and forward says, one of Hijiri Tsukasa's doujinshi (https://e-hentai.org/g/1785874/9eee3914d0/) was made into a live action AV and he was invited to observe the filming. This is his impression of the experience. He drew himself as a big-tittled, short-haired women, through he describes himself as a big old man.
