It's from the Chainsaw Man manga. The chicken was a weak talking Chicken devil, that was used as experiment for the class. The class was supposed to kill and eat the chicken, after it stayed 100 days in the class, so they learn about life.

After 100 days the whole class befriended the chicken and decided to let it live. The bullied girl in this Doujinshi was a loner and hated devils and wanted the chicken to be killed, but ultimately befriended it too, after the chicken remembered her name. But on the way to the others, with the chicken in hand she tripped and crushed the chicken to death.

In the manga she was never really bullied for that and some other devil made her trip.
