Literally nobody forces her to drink. They tell her to, and she does it immediately. She's decided to stay at the drinking party, despite the fact that she's been able to step away at any point; and now she's drinking. And being "forced" to drink isn't rape either way, since she's clearly DTF. It's the entire point of the character, and the story makes it clear at every step of the way that this is what she does, regularly, of her own free will. Chapter 4 is basically entirely dedicated to making the fanbox bits (Which I've spliced into the main story here) specifically canon. The character is shy, and reserved, and uncomfortable until the fanbox segments kick in. Then she's an enthusiastic NTR slut. It's the main issue with the story: The author is trying to play every single angle at once.

Being "pressured" into sex isn't rape any more than being "pressured" to go somewhere is kidnapping. The entire premise of the story is that she's a gyaru slut. This isn't some inference by the audience, but a literal declaration both in the title, and the story itself by way of the narrator. The author is trying to play every angle at once by making her shy and reserved for the public chapters, then an unrepentant slut in the fanbox chapters. But make no mistake: This is all consensual. That's why this story exists. The original version had non-con, and that got her banned off Pixiv. So the author's only hope to make the new, "wholesome correction" work is to make us feel bad for her in the regular story, while hiding away the fact that she's an active, enthusiastic participant in NTR gangbangs behind a paywall. She is literally going out of her way to have sex, and engage in sexual activity above and beyond what anyone asks of her. Half of the first chapter's sex pages are her enjoying an extended round of foreplay, despite the fact that the guys only want to put it in. Nobody told her to grind on them like that; that's all her.

The blowjob? Again, she knew what was going to happen, and as the chapter immediately showed, there were literally no consequences to just saying "no". She has never been under any duress, and whenever she begins participating in sexual activity, we see nothing but interest and enthusiasm on her part.

I will repeat myself: Being pressured to do things does not make it rape. You need to be coerced, or physically incapable of consenting. That doesn't mean you're a little buzzed, it means you can't even tell what's going on around you. And by god, she could tell what was going on around her at all times.

I think the OP is not that wrong. To consider it rape the FMC opinion must be taken into account, even if a bit pressured into drinking she was probably well aware of what was going on and the intent of the artist was indeed having her being happy with it and craving for more.
This work would have probably been more like "the great escape" than "metamorphosis" where you have to feel pity for the heroine.

But then very soon, like really soon... the story completely changed because readers were not okay with it and what was a blood related sibling whose sister was enjoying sex to her heart's content, became a stepbro (probably to fanbox him) and she suddenly was depicted visibly unconfortable during the BJ scene.
So if you read the first scene contextualized within the whole story, yep that's rape, but if you read it contextualized to the original (probably now abandoned) intent, it was just a gyaru having some fun.

He spends the whole time telling us that her not coming around for some undefined period of time is unusual, that he's "backed up" because of it (Meaning she's his only sexual release), and then asks her, firmly but politely, to come inside to help him with that. And no, she was not depicted as "visibly uncomfortable" during the BJ. She was showing all the signs of arousal, from sweating, to moaning, to blushing, and the hearts even made a comeback. And by his estimation, she gave that blowjob a HELL of a good effort. It's just that compared to the animalistic sex trance we saw her in the first time, she barely looks willing. But, much like in real life, people don't get hearts for eyes and shout at the top of their lungs when they're deepthroating some gigantic dick, regardless of their level of enthusiasm.

There's no rape, because she's been perfectly capable of walking away at any time with literally no consequence, and (Not that it matters, really, but) has enjoyed every last sexual thing that's happened to her immensely. The issue here is a combination of negative reading comprehension, where people get the story and answers spoon fed to them by the amateurish dialogue, and somehow reach the exact opposite conclusion anyway, and then also the fact that a shocking minority of people don't seem to actually know what constitutes rape!

There's nothing more to any of this. The author has gone well out of her way to remove literally any alternative explanation, like her being a virgin who was just pressured to become their Fuck Buddy right at the party, or her having slept with them because she was impaired by alcohol. I took great pains to translate the full meaning of the dialogue (Stilted as it may have been), and it personally annoys me when it seems like I could have just slammed my ass on the keyboard, and people would have understood the story about as well.

Laws very by jurisdiction but this situation is unlikely to meet the legal definition of rape. (read: it doesn't in any jurisdiction that I am aware of).

People usually don't get naked and engage in intercourse without one of consent, force, or loss of consciousness.

In general for rape to occur one would need to be threatened, physically restrained, abused by someone in a "potion of trust", mentally disabled or unconscious.

Drunk - even very drunk - people can still give consent. If that wasn't true, every hookup bar and night club would basically be a rape factory - and I'm sure some people think they are - but this is just confusing a moral judgement with a legally defined standard and "skeezy" with rape.
