This is not incomplete, I'm not sure why it's been given that tag.
Looked at the other upload and it just has a couple of nearly blank pages that this one does not.

The artists note at the beginning (pg4) and end (pg17,18) is missing.
The last page (pg20) of the book is also missing.
I personally don't mind that the white/blank pages are missing but inserting them is like 2 minutes of work.
However it is not missing any "crucial" content in my opinion.
