Had to double check every page, but this is exactly the number and order of pages the artist did for this comic.
Even after posting, I was afraid I missed something and went back to check again.

The impression I've gotten is that Aogami has some repeat commissioner with some very odd requests; there are several comics they've drawn that are very disjointed and hard to follow like this.

Very much a rushed ending there. They got too into the weeds and then couldn't pace it with the pages left.
