Considering the main webcomic itself is pretty vanilla, it's very unlikely that Shishido (a.k.a. lion-girl) will be able to do anything intimate with Enako's boyfriend. Yes, for now she has a crush on the guy, but in the end it will probably be more about them being rivals, because of how lions and hyenas are often at odds in the wild. But anyway, I don't rule out that the lion girl will eventually have a romance of her own after she gets over her one-sided crush. Who knows, perhaps with an acquaintance of the main guy.
