I think I don't enjoy Zack's work because their comics have no conflict whatsoever.

Like, there are never any stakes or downsides. The characters are never conflicted about what's happening to them. There's almost no fear, or confusion, or embarrassment being transformed into an entirely new body. No consequences, no culture shocks, they somehow immediately know everything about how to dress and carry themselves in this body. It's just transform, everyone applauds, and then some normal untransformed girl who just happens to have a 1 in a million body with fucking R cup tits decides to have sex with them right after. It's just a boring formula imo.

And the resulting woman is also always basically the same, because it's always presumably a self-insert of Zack's own fantasies. Huge tits, average height, small waist, giant hips, conventionally attractive face, plump lips. There's obviously nothing wrong with that body type, but like c'mon. Spice it up a little bit. All these characters end up looking exactly the same, with minor reskins.

Yeah, I agree. it really does seem like everything Zack writes is just personal fantasies. Also if Zack used more sexy body types than just "impossibly voluptuous", "bear", and "twink" it could be more interesting.

Another thing I dislike about Zack's work is it having this constant undercurrent of online gender stuff and fanfic tier dialogue that sounds like it came from social media. Examples:
Page 9, "Can't an Enby fantasize about getting murdered by a burly killer wearing a mask?" That just sounds like a line written by someone from twitter/tumblr, rather than anything an actual person would say.
Page 10, "Luckily, I am a Dungeon Misstress." I have never heard of a female GM/DM being referred to as Game Mistress or Dungeon Mistress outside twitter posts or some unusual discord users.
Page 12, "Is that okay?" "Any pronouns, babe." It just sounds so unnatural to talk like that, really who brings up pronouns like that outside of social media? Maybe too much social media is why the group is okay with a D&D character who is a dickgirl or futa. Writing your character as "massive tits with a an obvious bulge in her pants" seems like the kind of magical realm/that guy stuff most players would be creeped out by more than anything else.
Page 18, The other players switching to they/them pronouns immediately during Danny's transformation just ends up sounding awkward and unnatural. "Oh our friend just magically transformed, let's automatically switch to gender neutral pronouns until we figure out what sex the guy transformed into a girl ends up as... not like such huge tits, hips and ass and lack of a dick aren't a good indicator or that we just wouldn't refer to him as a guy out of habit." Then Danny goes to her room and immediately starts playing dressup with her cousins' clothes, taking selfies, touching herself and talking to herself... just why did none of her friends immediately follow her to see if she's okay? No one tries to enter the room for what is probably about half hour at least.
Page 27, "His sisters are like 16 in this picture don't be gross", says the twink wearing tight pants to show off his dick bulge around his friends and playing a futa/dickgirl in a TTRPG. Also the twink and his black boyfriend have their ages listed as 18 and 19... it's not really an issue to be interested to 16 year olds at that age, that is exactly why many jurisdictions have Romeo an Juliet laws. The oldest member of this tabletop group is listed at 21 so the line just seems like bizarre pointless moralizing.
Page 28, It came up earlier in as a flashback at the start of the comic, but why was the entire family seemingly okay with the cousins and sisters dressing up a prepubescent boy as a girl for fun? Not a single family member raised any objections?
Page 31, "I don't care what you look like you're a gorgeous human being." which sounds like something a space alien would say. Just who refers to someone as a "human being" in face to face conversation?
Page 33, "Enough Transgirl epiphanies..." Can't say that doesn't sound like a weird, unnatural line. It also seems odd to use "transgirl" when magic has made her perfectly, biologically female apparently.
Page 36, After seeing your friend get transformed into a girl why were you rummaging through magic books in the house without knowing what you were doing? It's already been established magic is common here with some awareness of the danger. Also this entire end scene they seem very casual about a book that's about to suck them into another world.

Maybe some of this stuff can be handwaved by magic and isekai apparently being normal in this world, but the dialogue and story reads like a fanfiction written by someone who spends a lot of time reading other fanfiction and browsing social media.

Yeah, called wish fulfillment. Which to be honest to a point is what all porn is in some way or another. Also a lot of TG artists do have some wishful thinking on the matter or are just very very secure in their identity. But usually the former, and many end up trans themselves.

Some of it is it's own world, some of it is just the ideal way people would treat gender and identity. Though the setting is pretty rife with magic and transformations, some being spontaneous. So not reacting in a world where transformation is common may be jarring to our world but would fit the setting. Especially if it seems to be something people can more or less easily reverse if they wanted to.

No idea what y'all are expecting, but I'm just here for smut and appreciate a plot where there doesn't need to be something exploding or someone getting assaulted for there to be a conflict. The world presented is complicated and whimsical, but things can still be simple.
