Hinako became cash cow precisely because it is netorase -> the market for NTS is so underserved, that NTS fans grab everything that appears. By the way, Hinako really loves Yuichi and is doing it only for him, there are lot of moments proving it. She also intervenes when she feels that something would be too much for him (gynaecologist arc -> she moved her legs, 3 day reward for track team -> she refused sex and offered condomed paizuri instead). Also: here Yuichi's mistake was telling Hinako reason for his call. She was happy to talk with him, she started pretending only after she immediately realised she can tease his cuck fetish. This arc feels a bit like return to beginning (playing with his imagination) and reintroducing Yukino and Hinako&Yukino mom.

It looks like Hinako is going down the NTR route. Hinako has always been honest with Yuichi, except when she's pulling pranks like in the playboy chapter or the hot spring date chapter. She'd rather hide things than lie to him. Which means, everything she's told Yuichi up until now is actually what she truly believes.

For example, when Genki suggested going on a date with Hinako, she already knew what would go down and told Yuichi exactly what she was thinking before it even happened. When she said she "might" make another promise with Genki, in the end, she did make another promise with him. When she mentioned they "might" engage in more naughty acts together, they actually did (although we're not sure if it was a rimjob or not, since the author said it's a mix of truth and lies).

Basically, whenever Hinako says "I might...", "I wonder...", or "perhaps...", it's exactly what she's thinking or what ends up happening. In the previous chapter, when she mentioned wanting a long, thick, and hard cock to mate with one day, that's not a bluff; that's exactly what's gonna happen soon. When she said she "might" have fallen in love with Genki or "might" have gotten closer to him, those are her true thoughts too.

Maybe we've given Hinako too much credit all this time. We all thought she was this complex, deep character with a compelling backstory and clear motivations for her actions. Turns out, she's just as shallow and easily influenced by temptation like the other NTR heroines out there. If you just see Hinako as a one-dimensional character with a smoking hot body whose only purpose is to tease Yuichi and the readers, then everything that's happened so far makes perfect sense.
