Nah, Nikkes bodies are roughly 150kg according to Shifty, but there are regular weight bodies as well(Privaty, Yulha and Admi use them when inside the Ark according to the story), these bodies are far weaker though according to Privaty.

They're heavy, but not absurdly so, when Exia sits on commander's lap, he just finds it uncomfortable.
