If you are curious about where the chapter list is after the first volume, the translator didn't feel like doing it, and I didn't think it mattered all that much, so I told them it was fine to leave it out of the commission. I left the untranslated pages out of the gallery, dropping the total count from 127 to 123, but no other pages are missing.
