Gonna copy/paste my comment from the other SoT Gallery. It's hilarious how it's controversial to let everyone know the creator is gonna limit his work in response to his creations not honestly getting profit like he wants - also because I said essentially "If you like this, go give some money". Anyways.

Because of galleries like this, Aarokira is gonna limit his content from now on: (on page & image 33)

"HELLO, EVERYONE. THANK YOU FOR READING CHAPTER 1 OF SISTERS OF TABOO. IF I CAN BE HONEST, THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A BIG, ALMOST 80 PAGE COMIC, BUT DUE TO MY LAST COUPLE OF WORKS BEING SHARED ITS JUST NOT COST, OR TIME EFFECTIVE TO DO BIG COMICS LIKE THAT. OBVIOUSLY, IT IS A BIT POINTLESS TO COMPLAIN ABOUT PIRACY SINCE IT WONT GO AWAY, THEREFOR MY BEST OPTION WAS TO ADAPT INSTEAD. THAT MEANS THAT I'LL BE KEEPING MY COMICS AT 30 PAGES MAX FROM NOW ON..."

Remember; if you guys truly enjoy this dude's work then go send him some money once in a while. Free doesn't pay for rent, food, utilities, and etc.. The creator of this particular gallery put the links to the creator's pages in the 1st comment (and above this one).

It's funny that you and he is laying the blame on piracy, because his - truly niche - project doesn't reach a bigger audience. In fact, if it was not for piracy, he would most likely do even less sales. People who got to know him here did eventually support him. In order to reach a wider audience - which again brings more sales (and if you don't believe that, then you never watched a sponsored video on YouTube ever in your life, which would explain that you don't know that something like this exists) - he would not even have, if it was for his projects not to be leaked here in the first place.

Sure, some will not support him regardless, but those who don't support him (after the leaks using the leaks), wouldn't support him anyway even if it were not leaked. Ultimately at the least minimum, he didn't lose anything out of his projects being leaked on Panda or most other piracy platforms.

You're an ignorant if you don't see this, as much like those who go to McDonald's eating there every day or week, getting fat, and then lecturing others to go vaccinate themselves against covid for their healthcare, without knowing anything about covid at all while being careless about their very own healthcare.
You're a fucking hypocrite who is unable to think with his own brain - or at least you do it on purpose, because you're also one of those faggots who do a side business going lawsuits against piracy, which in some cases brings even more money, than actually selling the product itself (see "Tripple-A" Videogame-, or Holywood-Industry for reference).

And if you don't know what I am talking about, then your claims were unfounded from the very beginning, because it seems that you know nothing about the situation of piracy at all.

Aarokar's statement in his paper is meaningless. He wouldn't deliver the 80 pages even if there were no piracy involved with his projects. This is just a political excuse for him to keep his subscribers for less work using the (emotional) Blame-Piracy-vCard. I think subscribing to him is still worth it, because his niche work is really good. I don't need to share (or not share) his opinion on a political matter in order to like (or not like) his work, neither do you.

Strawmanning says the guy who sits on the weaker position and doesn't understand piracy. Once more you proved how clueless you are.
Anyway, some people will never learn.

If it wasn't for this site I would never knew that this work existed and I bet that is true for many other people on this site. Do people unsubscribe from his patreon after finding his work here for free?
Sure, prolly few of them do but I bet he gained more subs from his works being here than lost - any research into piracy basically confirms that.

If he is losing subs it has probably more to do with global rise in cost of living causing people not to be able to spend as much money on frivolous stuff. I myself stopped supporting few artists because I no longer could justify spending money on patreon/fanbox.
