Yep, the breasts are so small at first I thought it was some kind of lolified version of Fern and the plot was some consequence of a Frieren grimoire.

Aside from the boobs size, I thought she looked young and was thinking that it was maybe when they met Stark for the first time, but looking at the manga again she does look younger here compared to the manga (chapter 10). I guess it does make her "cuter", but kind of remove her more "mature" aspect.
