Well ok looking back on it now (since this comics been for for about a year or so now) it make sense.
It's abit of an weird way of story telling (should of started at page 42 or just before Sokka arrived) but I guess the author didn't planned this far ahead but can't complained. It's still friggin hot!

Because all other pages are just Toph simply being slut and having sex but then we cut to Azula who has a magic dick she got from a spirit.

And page 46 is pretty accurate to how the fandom treats the characters in that they're completely boiled them all down to one trait they may or may not actually have.
