According to the tag definitions, feminization of a male into a shemale does not qualify as a gender change.

Maybe you're presumptively tagging for a later chapter yet to be uploaded, but you really shouldn't.

Also, the "drugs" tag is for mind and sensation altering drugs. If the drug being used is just part of the feminization or transformation process, then it's covered by those tags.

Honestly same. I dropped Forever Summer for a similar reason. An otherwise good feminization story ruined by idiotic characters and shoddy plotpoints and a protagonist that's impossible to root for from either side because they just let things happen with hardly any actions themselves.

I don't dislike forced angles but when its not done properly it's just not fun to read.
