It's heavily photoshopped to make the eyes bigger, to make the nose and mouth smaller, to remove blemishes, and to smooth out the makeup / skin tone.

Most of the Chinese models do it. The cheapest / laziest ones don't even bother with Photoshop and simply use filters.

And the Chinese users here keep voting them up, because reasons.
