Could be, but I find it kinda hard to swallow that someone who'd have the disposable cash for any commission to begin with would act in such a stingy way.
I checked part 1's raw and visually it seems more rapey and mundane, so maybe whoever commissioned this isn't so much into her anguish but likes the embarassed tsundere expressions on the sequel instead, or he's just that much more into catgirl cosplay and overt impregnation fetish and went "well this starts with a synopsis of the characters' state of affairs, that's good enough for me".

I want part 1 translated now for completion's sake, but I find the sequel so much better.
