my guess is slim up = reallocating waist size to bust size

like you pinch in the middle so top and bottom get thicker

I'm stunned to realize some people don't know what 'slim up' means.

Slim up is a simple term, likely slang in English that just means to 'get thinner' or 'lose weight'

Perhaps it's more of an American thing.

Used in a sentence it's like this.

"Wow, I've been eating a bit too much. I should slim up before summer!"

I havn't seen people use slim up so I get the confusion of others

googling "slim down" you get what you expect :
SLIM DOWN definition: 1. to become thinner: 2. to reduce the size of something: 3. to become thinner

if you google "slip up" you get a liposuction machine/treatment xD
