Well, to be honest, Kengo also seeded her. So even if Takashi seeds her right after, she could still get knocked up by Kengo (Takashi did tell Ayumi he was fine if she got knocked up by other men). On the sex stats of Chap 1/2, she'd already had slept with 32 different men other than Takashi (So not just Kengo), had sex 964 times and been creampied 845 times by other men by that point (In contrast, she'd only had sex with Takashi 78 times, and had 15 creampies from him). Yet the focus was on Kengo, even with that many partners.

Actually, lets dive a bit into the sex stats and what it means. By chapter 3, when Takashi gets into cuckold, sex count went to 2648, total different partners to 705, and total creampies to 1245. So presumably, with Takashi's blessing, she'd have slept with 673 other men, had sex 1694 times, and creampied 400 times.

So that means:

Pre-cuckold, the ratio between partners and sex was up to 30 times per partner, and creampies was about 26 per partner (Though the vast majority of activity was probably with Kengo alone in all likelihood).
