If I recall, Haru actually still has a dick when they are shown in Mirai's story after she gets the amulet herself. Guessing Haru accepts the changes at that point and moves on and doesn't fully become a girl.

Considering that Mirai also still has the amulet in the ongoing story, we aren't likely to see more after the final product of what was shown already, unless all the changes are reverted to the final product when Haru's story ends?

@Abrion: There's two critical facts you're missing here.

1. "Si"s and a dildo don't imply that Haru is female. Trans women (pre-op] have dicks and are female. Shemales have dicks and are female. Futas have dicks and are... well, "female" in this sense. @ Tess Verres: Sure, in real life all that woke stuff is great. If a pre-op trans woman, shemale or crossdresser wants to be considered female, that's their prerogative and all of that is perfectly fine.

As for their biological sex, which is determind by the physiological differences between men and women, like genitals and chromosomes, they would still be considered male, even if they would wish it otherwise. Perhaps after a sex change operation their biological sex could be considered female; but even this is debatable seeing as they will always be genetically male, which is something we are unfortunately unable to change, just like they are not able to gain the actual female reproductive organs (not with their own genetic material at least, research is being conducted with uteran transplants, so perhaps one day post-op trans women will be able to be a "surrogate", carrying to term a biological woman's egg that has been fertilized in vitro).
