Wow, this artist must have really liked Okawari's "Otona ni naru Kusuri - I Feel Good my Woman's Body". Some of the shots and plot points are straight out of it. The first changed girl is almost identical, and pg. 41 is straight up the start of chapter 7. Pretty much every storybeat outside of the mc being a rapist is the same.
