This is interesting because its a scenario where the typical NTR plot/asspull of "I have these photos/videos of you from your past, so do as I say!" actually seems plausible and, dare I say it, somewhat realistic.
In most scenarios, that kind of threat would result, at most, in some months of embarassment for the victim while the NTR-Antagonist would most likely end up in jail. Not so in this case. If it happened while her husband was already in office, it would be a scandal having a politician's wife exposed that way. Its even worse as he is still in campaign, because it could legitimately tank his chances of getting elected.

I also like how the antagonist is more handsome than the husband, but when he is threatening Ryoka and doing bad things he gets these ugly faces, almost as if he is only now exposing the wickedness that was hiding behind a pretty face.
