Alright, finally ran this one through the translator. This is the first time I've noticed, but I *think* "Sensei" is actually named Fukumi. At the start, she's apparently finished reformulating the Preg Candy from the first issue as tablets, since they were kind of terrible as candies, and intends to test them after taking a nap. Of course Azami offers to test them but Fukumi flatly refuses, stating "You've been getting into the habit of overdosing lately, and it's starting to take a toll on your body." So she locks them in a safe box for later, but because she's already half-asleep, fails to notice it's Azami's safe box she's putting them into.

So Azami is scoping out a local park, making sure it's empty and that a public washroom is available, before hungrily eyeing the dose on page 6, saying "this is a once in a lifetime opportunity, it won't happen again", downs 3 tablets, and remarks to herself that she can't go home now until she gives birth. So I'm inferring the reason she's in the park in the first place is because she still lives with her parents, and knows she'll catch shit if she's doing this in the lab when Fukumi wakes up.

On page 7 she remarks, "In the event someone sees me here, my life is over," as she... starts filming herself for some reason. There's little to no explanation for why she's doing that specifically, I guess she just wants to watch it back later? She makes some cursory efforts at talking up her condition as it progresses. Page 9 is where she first notices footsteps, and hides until they pass. Page 12, she heads for the bathroom only to discover it's occupied by whoever passed by earlier.

Page 14, she's found a nearby place surrounded by hedges and trees. Page 15 is where she starts noticing that something feels off, she keeps getting bigger than she should've been with just 3, excessive breast growth and lactation to match. Page 17, she wants to make another attempt to get to the bathroom after the first one is out but the second one is already crowning and she can't seem to get to her feet. Page 18: "My belly is still so swollen, the babies are kicking inside me, I can't stop giving birth..." She hears voices. Page 19, sees she's been discovered and starts pleading with them not to look, but is also maybe getting just a slight thrill out of it.

Page 21, she remarks that she needs to call "her", though it's left ambiguous if she does. Can't believe she's birthed so many. Starts feeling lightheaded and anemic, passes out while thinking to herself that she's bigger than she's been before and she wishes she'd measured it. Wakes up confused about whether it was a dream or not, before noticing a note from Fukumi. Meanwhile, Fukumi is grumbling to herself about what an idiot Azami is being.

Page 23, flashback to "a few hours ago" as Fukumi is wandering the park, saying, "Why have you come to a place like this!! You're getting careless..." She notices the onlookers, then hears "a familiar moan", and realizes from the exposed phones that they're probably trying to report this to some sort of authority. Snaps into action, says to herself, "Hurry and prevent a pay cut!!" whipping out a portable lighter and [A tool to cover up if you do something wrong] FUKUMI EXPERIMENT SERIES EMERGENCY TOOL 8: INCENSE STICK SET CONTAINING HYPNOSIS AND SLEEPING DRUGS (*Sensei is completely serious.) So I guess it's implied that all this time developing faux-preg meds is kind of off the books and misappropriation of funding.

Fukumi wears a breathing mask so she isn't affected (okay, sure), the bystanders go out cold, and she finds Azami. ("Wow, you had a few.") Unclear, but I think she remarks that "two" were birthed, which might mean double the anticipated amount because there are multiple shots that make it look like there were about six in total. "I keep saying that pre-experimental drugs are dangerous because we don't know their effectiveness..." Bringing her back home in the car seems to be entirely glossed over. It looks like the note she leaves Azami is specifically to inform her that she's confiscated the SD card from her phone and is going to enjoy herself watching its contents in private.
