@Lord Dashwood: Two that I have:
Page 107 is the cover to the 1982 novel "Red Sonja: Demon Night", the second in a six book series. The cover of book 4 is quite possibly my favorite Vallejo drawing of all time.
Page 129 is the cover to his 1982 artbook "Mirage". I much prefer the cover of the 2001 re-release.

@ Lord Dashwood The first one is page 15 and it's the cover on Larry Niven and Steven Barnes book Achilles Choice. The second book is Berserker's Planet by Fred Saberhagen which the cover for one of the Ace printings is page 73. And I just spotted on page 103 the cover for the Ace printing of Berserker by Fred Saberhagen which I also have. I know I've seen some other of these as covers of scifi & fantasy books I have browsed at used book stores.

Almost all of these are book covers. One exception is #70, the poster art for Knightriders,, starring Ed Harris and Tom Savini. #40 was the cover art for the two-volume hardcovers of Zelazny's Chronicles of Amber (a scene from book 2, The Guns of Avalon). #23 was for Philip José Farmer's World of Tiers. #55 is another in that series. Neither is my favorite cover from series: one of Wolff and his girl, both gorgeous and barely dressed, backs to a cliff, avoiding something big and dangerous. The other cover has Kickaha, with a knife, recoiling from a big, threatening harpy. A Boris cover was a thing of beauty, but I was just a kid and could not buy them for the covers alone.
