Yeah, in this site "dilf" exists only in reference to the age of the character, not their physical attributes, it's more of an equivalent to "middle aged man".

It's been this way for well over a decade before the term "Ugly Bastard" even began to be popularized in alternative sites, so I don't know how likely it is that it gets implemented.

For now I'd just use appearance tags to complement your results, so for instance "dilf -bbm -bald".
