The title is because the original story was in 3 people's perspectives. The first is Sasaki(the male in the first page)'s perspective. The second was Futaba Yoshida (the main girl)'s perspective in the second page. The third was Yoshiki (the other man from page 3-10)'s perspective.
Page 11-13 is the part 2 based on Sasaki's perspective. The comic doesn't adapt the entire part 2, however. There is more to the story after page 13
