I've read the first page multiple times and I did it again just a moment ago, and I still have no idea who the person she's talking to is.
I can confirm with 100% certainty that he isn't talking about himself in third person. In the 4th bubble he says アンタ達 - you(plural), not 'we'.

Maybe he's her ex-ex-boyfriend? Her father? A good friend? Brother?
I couldn't find if this doujin has a prequel that'd introduce this character to us.

The person on the first page is her boyfriend (the same guy from the page 13 flashback, the face is exactly the same with the text saying what he actually said) , but the bubbles are from someone else talking to her about the event depicted. A classmate or friend, perhaps. I don't believe it's a poor translation, just an unusual layout.

@protoman9012 very unusual considering this doesn't have a prequel and they don't clarify if he's her boyfriend's friend or brother; or even her own friend prior to this.
Ps.Very weird to complain about someone else relationship without context at any point in this doujin.

And why is she suddenly desiring to tell ex-boyfriend her true feelings about him when she's clearly passed her breaking point from the sex with her Uncle?
