Noticed as I uploaded it to E-hentai that while the name of this gallery in English appears to be gibberish, the first and last kanji (春 and 舞) and their colors are a reference to Chun-li and Mai. Although depending on the context and letter-combinations, 舞 can mean either BU or MAI, like how 春 is usually HARU, but can be SHUN.
Literal (the "IGN" method) translation of 春眠乱舞 is "Boisterous Deep Sleep Dance"

Apparently this artist un-retired and now does work as "Kamichichi". At the very least their art/themes are very similar to Steel Mania's.
