^ most likely it's either 1, deliberate which rarely happens but uit does happens specially from people who takes photo from cosplay conventions they upload lower quality sets, or 2 this is just a sample image, if you want HQ then you pay for it. Hopefully someone will upload this in the future. Like personally I've been waiting for years for someone to upload a certain set in HQ (800mb) because I saw some tidbits from the cosplayer's twitter and I would love to have the set but luckily for me someone did actually upload the set just recently.
