Mentally, It's not enough that they become slutty, they also have to be so stupid as to be non-functional. They can't be willing or eager, they have to be mind controlled or physically broken.

Physically it can't be that they're attractive, they have to become almost a parody of attractiveness. Anything that looks good has to instead devolve into an excess of those appearances, and often presented in a way that detracts from it.
