So far the plot has been fair with the protagonist, his GF cheated on him with the trainer and got the female trainer in exchange. Ex GF has no right to complain after willinglyh cheating on him.

So is the Male Trainer planing to date the EX-GF? Papgo's translation seems to have gone to crap, but ti sounded like he was just in it for fun, and is probably going to dump the EX-GF when he's tired of her. Actually did they break up? It looked the last text from the EX-GF(?) was she wasn't going to be home for awhile, not that they were done. I do like how she got pissed about him cheating on her when she had cheated on with no reason other than horny for the Trainers D.
